I'm writing this the morning of the insane Frankenstein Sandy. I have no power, water, heat etc. but was prepared for that due to all the warnings. I have giant downed trees in my front-& back yard& in the streets. Fortunately, I have a generator of which I have 2 sump pumps attached, so my house is not flooded (this time--my basement flooded during Irene.) I and my family are doing OK- safe& unhurt. There is major catastrophic devastation all over NJ & NY.Listening to reports on AM radio. Thank u all for your inquires& well wishes(& for pledging even tho we're off the air! Thanx!)
