Fri. 4/6/12 8:27pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

"Keep On Running"! The original?
Avatar Fri. 4/6/12 8:29pm Fine Wine:

Don't think it's the original. I don't know the whole story! Dunno the Sandra, Daddy-O.
Fri. 4/6/12 8:30pm Wikipedia Butts In:

"Keep on Running" was written by Jamaican singer-songwriter Jackie Edwards, who as well as having a successful singing career, was working in the UK for Island Records as a songwriter. The song was recorded by Edwards for his 1965 album Come on Home, and he recorded it again in the mid-1970s for his Do You Believe In Love album.

The song was recorded by the Spencer Davis Group who had a number one hit with it in 1966.
Fri. 4/6/12 8:34pm Listener Jumpy from Brooklyn:

I thought Jonathan Edwards did the original.
Avatar Fri. 4/6/12 8:36pm Billy Jam:

  Wed. 4/11/12 9:32am saralina:

Amazing story about the records! I had a bag of records stolen once outside a bar I was DJing at and then about one month later a friend said someone had tried to sell them to him, so he bought them (dodgy...i know) but anyway, the sum of it is I got them all back! How come you couldn't get yours back? Good you got to check the three you missed though. Great tunes.
