  Sat. 3/31/12 11:06am ?:

My Guess is Marshall Crenshaw
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:13am Mike East:

I met Marshall Crenshaw a couple years ago at the studio I work at. He was a really cool guy.
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:16am calzone!:

'Blow Your Mind' is still a mind blower! I wonder what the Gas Co members are up to these days?

Wow! That Marvin Rainwater rocks!
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:23am Sean:

Another Billy Stewart gem. I really need a Billy Stewart 45 for my Jukebox. Wonder what this one was the B-side of.
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:25am paul:

OK, back to Nick Lowe. SoundOpinions.org did a great interview with him a couple of weeks ago. (But don't leave this show to listen to it.)
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:28am calzone!:

Yes, sound opinions Lowe piece was excellent... But I expect Michaels interview to go much deeper....
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:30am paul:

Johnny Winter, Peter Fonda and someone in Aerosmith here.
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:35am Sean:

Mike, there is a huge picture of MC right on the page, it was my guess. I have been anxiously awaiting news of his new releases which I thought would be 7" 45's but I now see are 10". If Marshall is reading the playlist comments, I loved the Amboy Dukes cover he did at the City Winery and think it would be a great cover to record for his series of vinyl releases.
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:36am calzone!:

I'm still hoping that the special guest is the Gas Co.'s bass player. Mind blower!
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:38am seang:

We wanna be free to ride our machines without being hassled by the Man!
Sat. 3/31/12 11:42am Lex is More:

Your special guest is Levon Helm did I win the tickets please?
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:46am steve:

The Marshall link at kickstarter shows that the city winery live dds are sold out. Can you ask him if they.'ll be available elsewhere?
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:48am paul:

MC and Dave Edmunds. Great double bill at the Abbey Pub in Chicago about 8 years ago.
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:48am steve:

That's Cd s not dds!
  Sat. 3/31/12 11:59am paul:

No tribute to Earl Scruggs?

  Sat. 3/31/12 12:32pm boweryb:

Hey Michael, Besides the fact that WFUV is a suck radio station, it tried to remove the license to broadcast of WFMU, creating a legal fight that cost WFMU a lot of money. F--k them!
  Sat. 3/31/12 12:39pm Sean:

Mike if you are taking requests, can you play Dennis Diken's track from the Superhits comp?
  Sat. 3/31/12 12:52pm tomB:

re metal infographic: what's up with Bhutan?
  Sat. 3/31/12 1:22pm DG:

Why all the FUV hate? They've helped promote a bunch of good artists (and gave MC a show!)....any details on this fight w/FMU?
