Earlier, in the car, I was playing a gorgeous album - Sona Diabaté's Kankele - ti - haven't heard that on radio for a while ..
And Buda musique rules !!
( I understand the Best of Ethiopiques 2cd is at No 14 on amazon uk's album chart ! )

Hooray for the AAC-Plus stream! Sounds much much MUCH better than any of FMU's other low-bandwidth streams and it works reliably with crummy half-speed DSL while I'm visiting my parents in Maryland (land of terrible radio) on Turkey weekend. I recommend it to other listeners and commenters. Especially if you have a slow connection.
