Mr. Pumpy:

Greetings, Jeff. This is kicking me in the face...and I'm loving every minute of it. I know what it's like to be in the middle of a jam like this, and it may be the greatest thing in the world. . Thanks! Gotta look into these guys. At least once the swelling goes down around my eyes from all the face kicking. It's a fair exchange...

Phillippe Bastille:

Hi. Nice way to start the day.

That was wonderful
Jeff Conklin:

New faces! Morning and welcome!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:24am

Liking this Farm Band JC

This one.
modern blaze:

this is the ascension of JC! i'm 25 minutes late but i made it
Avatar 12:28am

ahhh this "Deep Blue Sea" soooooo sweet! :)
(early 1970s?)
thank-you, Jeff! and good "morning" everyone!

Ah yes the watergate is open
Avatar 12:31am

and now Bert Jansch . . . so cool, so perfect

That endless boogie was worth a download
modern blaze:

Centripetal Force:

Jeff, if you've never been to The Farm itself - and you find yourself in Nashville at some point - I'd be more than happy to cruise down there with you.
Avatar 12:51am
Jeff Conklin:

I know they do an open weekend for visitors in the summertime but, no, I've never been!
Avatar 12:57am
Centripetal Force:

It still operates as an "intentional community" and is open for casual visiting most every day, particularly in the summer. They still have a book press, soy creamery, home birthing, etc. They past couple times I went they had some old 45s for sale in the visitors center. It's a good day trip.
hevy kevy:

during this show we just finished a homebrew session. my friend drove from denver to where i am in north carolina and we made a honey suckle honey wheat and thanks for that delightful set

Nebraska, too.

It's unseasonably chilly.
Agent Peter:

76 a great year fer showz

Exceptionally sweet show tonight, Jeff. Spring is in the air
Avatar 1:10am
Jeff Conklin:

@hevy: As a non-drinker that makes mostly little sense to me but im down with hanging with friends and jamming jams ;)
Avatar 1:13am
Jeff Conklin:

Thanks, SunJah, are you one of Father Yod's sons?

6/9/76, so really coming off a hiatus, pretty stellar thus far!
Agent Peter:

The Auditorium Theater Show from Chicago is epic. Think it was radiocast. One of the first tapes I owned - played it into oblivion.
Jeff Conklin:

The Beacon shows great as well.

thanks Jeff, good to know. you can really tell how amped they are, perhaps from coming off their 75/6 rest.. recharged!
Jeff Conklin:

Amped but also very chillllllll

yeah they are tight and fast but you can tell they have really loosened up
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:25am

!<>! sweet nice one ,crisp and clean !<>!
Agent Peter:

THAT Beacon show was nuts. Crazyfingers,a flawless Cosmic Charlie, and a mind blowing Help-Slip-Franklins. You can hear people in the audience audibly losing it during Slipknot....in a good way of course!

as a regular listener I'm aware you dont drink alcohol but im picking honey suckle out in the woods in another ic (circle acres) for tasty beverages and i thought it was another layer you'd like to know. either way loved that set and will be sharing it again. keep it up you continously expose us to great tunes
Jeff Conklin:

Natural ingredients! Nice, hevykevy!
Jeff Conklin:

Maybe the only flawless Cosmic Charlie

I have to give Keith more harmonic credit than I've understood till now, he plaid a sick blue note a few minutes ago
Jeff Conklin:

Was just thinking “I’m LOVING Keith on this”

:) I mean this "Eyes" should be able to deter any Dead detractors

ooooh tuned in at a perfect time- so crunchy!!!

seems like they did a good job on this of stereo separating Bill and Mickey... who is left and who is right?
Avatar 1:48am
Jeff Conklin:

Ha, no clue...

Great stuff, man!!!
Avatar 1:48am
J Wede:

evening from Portland, OR - this Brown Eyed is so good - the dead set is hitting the spot

Phil is also very wild in this. Sounding a bit more like Charlie Haden on this date!

tom from Glasgow:

oh if it wasn't my job of work i'd still be asleep, ha ha

what is this sleep thing you speak of? ;)
Avatar 2:54am

@tom from Glasgow: Hey Tom, I saw the Zappa "hologram" last night. Not so much a hologram as a screen. The footage was oddly fir for purpose though. Was worth it for the band, but the visual promise wasn't really fulfilled.
Avatar 2:54am

*fit for purpose*
