I was VERY VERY lucky that the last time I had to deal with delivery and setup, my Mom was able to come over (this was years ago) and just chill while I was at work while she waited. We have an automated buzz in system in my building that is run via your cell phone, so when the guy called, I buzzed him in and called Mom and she gave directions. BUT....G-d help you when you need a replacement part. I STILL have a spare package of shelves that don't fit my units sitting around that I was charged for. They never figured out the refund, nor did they offer an avenue of return because according to The Computer the transaction/error never happened. It was only a $30 error on their part and it came to the point where I couldn't allocate any more mental energy to it.

We have an automated buzz in system in my building that is run via your cell phone, so when the guy called, I buzzed him in and called Mom and she gave directions. BUT....G-d help you when you need a replacement part. I STILL have a spare package of shelves that don't fit my units sitting around that I was charged for. They never figured out the refund, nor did they offer an avenue of return because according to The Computer the transaction/error never happened. It was only a $30 error on their part and it came to the point where I couldn't allocate any more mental energy to it.
