	6:58am Don in Tampere: Cold oats sounds a lot like the basic recipe for traditional birchermüesli, basically soaking oats in lemon juice, milk, yoghurt or whatever and adding nuts and grated apple in the morning. I've gotten out of the habit lately, but that used to be my standard breakfast during the week. Easy, tasty and healthy.

	6:58am Don in Tampere: Cold oats sounds a lot like the basic recipe for traditional birchermüesli, basically soaking oats in lemon juice, milk, yoghurt or whatever and adding nuts and grated apple in the morning. I've gotten out of the habit lately, but that used to be my standard breakfast during the week. Easy, tasty and healthy.
