Gosh, I'm too old and low income to keep up with the latest (why I listen to WFMU.) I got Interpol's newest from the library, a bit so-so. War On Drugs' latest too but that's from '17. Never mind...

“Eyes Wide Shut”
“A Boy and His Dog”
“I am Legend”
“Omega Man”
And tons of early sci-fi TV shows that had no budget so they always filmed in “empty” areas. Like “Outer Limits” episodes or any “Star Trek” episode where they are on an Earth-like planet.

Hi to Jonathan & all- Best wishes for a Merry & Happy Everything- J. H. I have listened to many of your shows and appearances on FMU. Your musical curation is masterful- What i love about it is that so much of it relates to our origins, time & space and the universe(s). so by default it also asks where we are going? Thanks and My Best Always

An absolutely TREMENDOUS Milford Graves cameo in Matthew Barney's epic 8 hour film River of Fundament, Milford appears in Reel 2. Milford is birthed from a rotting cow carcass in the bowels of the Brooklyn flat belonging to Norman Mailer, in fact, Milford the second incarnation of Norman Mailer, and this may sound 'pretentious', but I swear, it was sublime and beyond powerful cinema.

LOLOLOLOL! Jeffy B. and Don K. would lock me up so deep in their bad-employee dungeon underneath the Newark Light Rail that I'd never get out. They only feed the prisoners expired snacks from the snack bar and leftover cleansing juices from the Monday juice bar under there. The horror!
