I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

Looked up some more info: "Tiny random variations of physical electronic noises coming from the recording system itself, as uncontrolled spectres haunting the wires, have been captured and amplified, cut into tiny slices and grains, and used, both as basic sound sources feeding the Bayle’s machinery, and as modulation sources influencing pre-existing sound textures and continua performed live by the artist"

@ Chris from DC - "PLEASE NOTE: All pianos used should already be beyond repair." Phew! Annea had me worried for a second.

Avatar Fri. 11/30/18 2:26pm coelacanth∅:

i grew up with a piano in the house. when my parents separated my mother took it, as she was the only one that could (but never did) play, and said whoever moves into a first-floor dwelling first may have it, but i never did that until long after she gave up and gave it to an old family friend - who has since died and i don't know what became of the piano.
Avatar Fri. 11/30/18 2:26pm Chris from DC:

Play whatever pleases you for as long as you can.
Avatar Fri. 11/30/18 2:26pm Chris from DC:

Also, a second: Ligeti!
  Fri. 11/30/18 2:27pm Brendan:

I think blame folk music on the demise of the piano. . Vagabond happy-go-lucky minstrels were more apt to lug a guitar and go walking down the railroad tracks than to carry a piano.

Avatar Fri. 11/30/18 2:33pm northguineahills:

I got to use my parents' church's pipe organ and sample it (mostly glassian/minimalism). I finally edited it an used when I played w/ a good synth-wave genius friend of mine in June
