A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Loretta Lynn carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Also, I still have questions about baking with coconut oil. The same cookies Trouble makes she uses coconut oil but doesn't have to refrigerate. I use butter and have to chill for a long time.

Why? Is coconut oil semi colid, or does it spread less?

yeah, really. What is the DEAL with coconut oil? Hello everyone.

I did take a look, and I think if you used ice-cold coconut oil it would not need chilling. But in any other case, it definitely needs chilling. Now my mind is at peace. And I have to make those cookies!

I've only made cookies with coconut oil once or twice, but I prefer it kept in mild enough temps to be mostly solid (maybe 50s-60s F?), but not chilled, which I'm guessing might make it too concrete-like to wrangle.

In other coconut applications of the literal kind: in a bistro restroom the other day, the bottled lotion available for use was called Cocoa Radiant. I considered using "cocoa radiant" as a term of enthusiastic response & approval -- for things more than cool, at least awesome, but not quite transplendent. "That is cocoa radiant!"

Dear Trouble:
I now play your achieved programs exclusively in my home and studio! Do you have any programs on cassette I can play in my van?
Your show would be a great asset for a new restaurant!
