Italian suppositories? True story, I had to buy Preperation H (Preparazione H) in La Spezia Italy once. They keep all of the drugs behind the counters in the Pharmacias in Italy and I knew knew exactly zero Italiano at the time. I had to ask for it in charades. Awkward!
