If someone was old enough to sing in 1928, that person is dead now. 1950s/60s performers could go either way here in 2012 -- we're 50-60 years past their performances now, and everyone is therefore either on Social Security or singing in The Choir Eternal. | |

There was another Songbirds of the South who were from Memphis. great group but they never recorded, only sme WDIA transcription tracks out on a Rounder comp. |
