kata:

ok, had to go toast my bagel, thanks for asking Duane: the partee was packed, delicious, drunken, dancing, fireplace, high, disorganized, fun. I didn't end up lifting any of your tracks, my head was in too many places and I admit I leaned heavily on a playlist. I've DJ'd a few parties and even tag teamed with a friend at a bar once (sans vinyl). It's not easy! After all it took to prepare for the party all day, all I wanted to do was drink ;) Overall it was a fun night though..
  1:19pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

And I wasn't invited ;)
  1:21pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

This was great, thanks for playing it again!
  1:23pm
kata:

ha Jan, you were all invited, if you stuck around on the playlist long enough last week to see my late-show comment ~
  1:23pm

  1:35pm

  1:36pm

  1:57pm
Duane:

yeah mulled wine.
  1:57pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

Though "mule wine" could be interesting if sort of unpalatable...
  2:01pm
Mike East:

I drank ALOT of mulled wine when I was in Europe a few Christmases back. they called it Gluhwein, it was delicious. That is also a possibility...especially since my brother in law makes his own red wine, so we won't have a shortage.
  2:02pm
Carmichael:

Hey Duane! Hi everyone.
  2:04pm
chris:

Hi, Duane, hi, Carmichael, hi, everyone. Bold radio edit, Duane.
  2:04pm
kata:

I made Gluwein at last year's xmas house party, after having some in Vienna a few years prior while ice skating. So good !! And really helps with ice-skating !

Have some non-alcoholic mulled wine (well, it's more mulled cider in this case) waiting to be imbibed. Here, mulled wine is called glögi.
  2:10pm
kata:

kata loves when Jackie sings about himself in the third person
  2:10pm
Mike East:

I used to put back quite a bit of mulled cider when I worked at a farm stand years back. The bosses always had some brewed throughout October to keep us warm.

  2:15pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

  2:35pm
robyn:

@jan is that shameful? i dont know the album but love her..
  2:40pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

Robyn, It just came out, it's called "tinsel and lights"
  2:41pm
Mike East:

I was just listening to Side B of Let it Be this morning, and John Lennons part of I got a feeling has been stuck in my head since.
  2:42pm
