I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

i was pretty blown away when i heard this recently. and yup, it IS that jonny greenwood.
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:30pm Cheri Pi:

the radiohead guy....weird, good weird.
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:34pm Richard Friedman:

Greenwood's piece is a "response" to a work called Polymorphia by the great Polish Avant-Garde composer, Krzysztof Penderecki. In a sense it's a composed remix of the work. Penderecki work is from 1961.
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:35pm Sven:

Jonny Greenwood has been watching too much Predator.
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:35pm Dick York:

I can't hear polymorhia without thinking of the shape-changing emotion-stealing monster in Red Dwarf
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:44pm Richard Friedman:

Brilliant, playing Luc Ferrari after Greenwood/Penderecki!
RIP, Luc!
  Fri. 9/14/12 1:53pm nic:

i LOVE this_ferrari is so great
Fri. 9/14/12 2:05pm tim from champaign:

I recently picked up Keith Jarret's Spheres LP and had my socks knocked off. For some reason I had associated Jarret with jazz brunch/new age hokiness for some reason.
  Fri. 9/14/12 2:08pm Richard Friedman:

Try Jarret's recording for the Shostakovitch 24 Preludes and Fuges. It's on ECM and came out in the 1980s. Still the best recording of that work ever. Also, his other recordings of classical piano lit on ECM.
He is a significant pianist in all genres.
Fri. 9/14/12 2:14pm fred von helsing:
