I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

Hey Bryce! Don't You Get Sick Of It? I Mean, You Play Some Records And Then You Talk And Then You Play Some More Records... Don't Get Me Wrong, I Think You're Great. I Was Just Wondering.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:21pm DCE:

haha, work blocked the jerry hunt homepage for: violence/hate/racism/entertainment.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:22pm Carmichael:

I hope these drummers are in a circle.
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:22pm bryce:

they're robots!
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:24pm bryce:

few dozen drums & stringed instruments played by wooden dowels & springs hot-glued to speaker cones, controlled by low-frequency tones, distributed by a mixer hooked up backwards.....
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:25pm xBob:

hubba, it's a good 'un -- many tracks reiissued separately elsewhere. but if you need the glottal fix, you need it
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:27pm DCE:

I'm glad you changed "bix mixer", Bryce, because it thoroughly confused me.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:27pm hubba:

@xBob - do you know if some of this stuff end up on Alga Marghen? Those OU Revue sets are pretty great.

@DCE - yep, work won't let me investigate the wonders of Jerry Hunt... probably for the best.

Carm, what up dude!?
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:28pm DCE*:

I love the taste of fresh warm milk
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:28pm Carmichael:

Hey Hubba, where u been? In your new work digs downtown?
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:30pm Thom Yorke:

Hey Does Anyone Watch Game Of Thrones?
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:31pm xBob:

i have the OU box & still felt the need for this. cant remember if there were duplications -- couldnt have been too much though...
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:33pm DCE*:

I like to drink it straight from the teet. Life liquid.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:35pm Carmichael:

Fresh from the intertubes: "... best known for his compositions produced on musical instruments that are homemade and often built specifically for a single live performance. Most instruments (usually string or percussion) of his Système Ki, as he calls it, are not played directly by a musician. Instead they are mechanically linked to a woofer that is driven by an inaudible, extremely low frequency electrical signal. The signal, in the range of 1-10 Hz, is most often generated on a synthesizer and prerecorded, but may be played live or be generated from other electrical sources."
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:37pm bryce:

i sure would love to get him down here for a live thing, but it takes him DAYS to set up and position & tweak 30 drums and bells and lutes. not to mention trucking them down here from montreal. some day...
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:41pm hubba:

@xBob - cool, I think i'll have to check it out.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:42pm northguineahills:

I saw Maxime de la Rochefoucauld in NYC back about the time this was recorded. Awesome fun to watch.
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:44pm bryce:

oh cool, you were there?

hahaa, he was in rare form that night :)
Fri. 7/27/12 2:44pm Ken of Brooklyn:

This is extra special robo-awesome!!!
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:45pm hubba:

@Carm - yep, downtown, and I'm like a million times more pleasant. I've been checking out FMU shows over the weekend since this new job has me preoccupied most days. A lot closer to Rubicon!!!Recently ventured out to Samuel Horne's in Folsom, man alive, the Auburn Alehouse brings it!!!
Also, ever been to Flamin Grill? the Dogfish Head, it hink that is the name, 90 minute IPA is a steal, to go with your longhorn burger.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:48pm Carmichael:

Been meaning to try the Flaming Grill, just never had the right opportunity. Heard they have good IPAs. I check out Terre T and Daniel Blumin when I can, but I'm usually busy.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:50pm Thom Yorke:

Hey, How Long Is Your Show? I Have To Get To The Farmer's Market Before Dusk.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:51pm Thom Yorke:

(Oh, That Was For Bryce.)
Fri. 7/27/12 2:51pm Chris from DC:

90 minute on tap next door to the office this week. Feeling the pull already.
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:51pm bryce:

i wish thom yorke were here
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:52pm hubba:

@ Carm - still on the lookout, maybe one of these days we'll meet by chance. The kid likes it at the Flaming Grill, they're sweet on kids, thus a good family joint, but far from the grid so someone has to drive, which means less shared fun.
Avatar Fri. 7/27/12 2:56pm bryce:

have good weeks everyone!
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:57pm DCE:

you too, Bryce. Will be enjoying the Schnitzler here and there over the weekend.
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:57pm Radiohead:

That's a fake Thom Yorke. The Y is pronounced J in his case, so it sounds kinda like "Tom Jerk"...
  Fri. 7/27/12 2:57pm northguineahills:

Super duper fun sounds!
Fri. 7/27/12 2:58pm Ken of Brooklyn:

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, to Harvestworks we go!
