  4:36am
Bill Mac:

How far are you from NYC, Rob? I'm from the southern part of the state and am a bit sketchy on the whereabouts of places like Mt Hope
  4:37am
larry:

No interstates! Avoid the big cities. Gotcha! Hitchhiked across the country when young so I know the beauty of it all.
  4:38am
Bill Mac:

Probably moreso than a lot of people that have lived here there whole lives.
  4:42am
Rob (from Mt Hope):

just beyond the 60 mile marker on rt 17 w is one of my exits, the southwest on back roads. Met a couple hiking across from Boston to Cali just last week. To be able to pick up & go like that, gotta love it. Bill- i was raised on satan Island, so to be able to enjoy rural living worth the wait
  4:48am
Bill Mac:

I'm not far from the Pine Barrens which is sort of South Central Jersey toward the shore. Lots of places to camp and walk but I haven't made the time to do anything there in quite some time.
  4:49am
Looms:

What did these rastas put in my coffee?
  4:50am
larry:

Bill, beautiful country, beautiful people. I'm not going there for nothing!
  4:50am
Rob (from Mt Hope):

  4:55am
Rob (from Mt Hope):

  4:56am
Bill Mac:

South Jersey, sandwiched between Ft Dix and the Pine Barrens... right next to the middle of nowhere...
  4:57am
Rob (from Mt Hope):

  5:00am
Rob (from Mt Hope):

  5:00am
Looms:

It's nice to hear Klimperei so often on the station these days. They've done lots of good things.
  5:01am
Brian in UK:

Hello Bill, trust you are in good spirits.

Ear bone connected to the foot bone.
  5:05am

Looms:

I saw AEC live a few years ago, can't remember the name of the young guy who played with them (vocals and trumpet); rings any bell?
  5:14am
Looms:

Got him: Corey Wilkes. That was so great!
  5:15am
Brian in UK:

Glad to see that you played some Lol Coxhill. It came out on John Peel's Dandelion label as I'm sure you know. Total commitment to the music, that's one of the reasons why he was cherished over here and I guess in the States by those listening with their ears.
Has FMU ever considered releasing music?
  5:16am
Bill Mac:

OK, I just did a quick look and picked up that name too... also sez that when they toured Europe in 1969 they played 500 instruments
  5:18am
Brian in UK:

Hello, Looms. My galette making has been very slow of late. Need to practice! More Normandy cidre.
  5:18am
Bill Mac:

That's a good question... I know that a few folks here have labels and such but I've never heard talked of that being done from the stations perspective
  5:24am
Looms:

We have pretty good cidre in Brittany too, Brian! Haven't eaten any galette in the summer sa far...
  5:30am
Brian in UK:

Apologies Looms, forgot it was Brittany, you are so right. The taste is quite different to this side of La Manche. I has some Welsh cidre recently for the first time. Pas mal.
  5:34am
Looms:

Oh yes, good cidre in Wales too. It's a beautiful country, I'm looking forward to go back there for some trecking next spring.
  5:36am
Bill Mac:

See, this is what I'm talking about! I got to get over there myself... too much life to live elsewhere you know what I mean?
  5:38am
Looms:

Some many things to do, so little time. We all know that, I guess.
  5:39am
Brian in UK:

We were there three weeks ago in the north, standing on the top of Snowdon. The view was a wonderful 360. I'm back there briefly as I write!!
  5:43am
Looms:

Say no more, please! ;)
  5:44am
Looms:

Great set, Bill.
  5:50am
alberto:

  5:51am

  5:54am
Bill Mac:

  5:57am
JJ:

  5:58am
Bill Mac:
