The album and live set is a nod to the classic Minutemen song approach, written on D. Boon's Telecaster itself: 30 short blasts of songs strung together as a whole reflect on Watt's past, present and future and are also based on individual characters from Hieronymus Bosch paintings. @Cecile: not only NME. As far as i remember, i got a letter from Marc a week or so after he went back to Exeter with his WHORE copy, featuring a Minutemen/Watt tape and a selection of articles from The Wire (the magazine). Obviously the guy was "important".
