The sets are almost live... there are like 7 stages here, so we're sending out drones with recorders to capture all of the magic and then we regurgitate it over the air within a few hours. Yesterday was busy so there are a few sets left to air.

Carm, my neighborhood Irish bar, one of the few in the City that isn't cookie-cutter, little-people's-disease stuff, makes pork chops so well that I think of them as the definitive version. And they were one of the first bars in the US to serve Smithwick's.
