G'dafta noon everyone, from Minneapolis! I pledged to the Cherry Blossom Clinic today as I did to Three Chord Monte on Tuesday. Once again, I'm just blown away by the number of people tossin' into the kitty from not just the NJ/NY area and across the nation, but from around the globe. I'm gonna put the same bug in your collective ears as I did during T.C.M.....While WFMU is thee "Comfy Chair" of the air, the Godfather of freeform/community/indie radio, after you make your pledge to WFMU, I'm asking you all to consider finding at least one "little" indie station somewhere on the planet and make a donation to it when they run their fundraiser. Since you listen to WFMU, you "get it". Good radio is not dead, you're hearin' it now. Help spread it around! Go, Terre, Go! My rough count is 80-90 pledges!
  Sat. 3/7/09 5:16pm Sue P:

Thanks, TopKat!!!! The man knows what he's talking about.

  Sat. 3/7/09 5:29pm Topkat:

You all heard Terre-this is important folks. I do this radio fundraising thing for my community station, too. It's fun but it is important. What is the value to you to have this SERVICE available to you with the flip of a switch.
Sat. 3/7/09 5:33pm Bob in fla:
