Tan to Go commercial (Listen: )
Bananarama  Cruel Summer (Listen: )   Options   Do I have to tell you all the reasons this version is superior to the Ace of Base one? DO I?!?! ...Maybe another time.
Boys of Summer (Listen: )     I think I like this version better than the original. Well, some aspects of it. Is it the auto-tune?
text: The Science of Summer Haircuts (Listen: )
Michael Jackson  Farewell, My Summer Love (Listen: )   Options   I remember when this song was released. I think we even had the record. Everyone went wild over it. When I heard it again, I wondered why.
LFO  Summer Girls (Listen: )   Options   There's a reason these boys had to be so pretty. Cux they made the stupidest songs ever. They're so stupid, they're not even so-stupid-they're-clever. I think that the album's liner notes even credited the lyrics to 10,000 monkeys banging on 10,000 typewriters.
Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini (Listen: )
Summer Dance (Listen: )     I found this on youtube. It's some Asian group, but they look like clones of every American popstar cliche. It's really quite disturbing. I wish I still had the link.
  Summer Job (Listen: )
text: A Teenager's Guide to Summer Jobs     An article from slate.com
Of Montreal  Oslo in the Summertime (Listen: )   Options   What a cool song. Ahhhhh, Norway in the Summer--it must be wonderful. Who wants to marry me and spirit me off to Norway/Denmark/Sweden? Don't all jump up at once, now.
Will Smith  Summertime (Listen: )   Options
text: Stinky Town (Listen: )     article from The New Yorker
  Summer Nights (Listen: )
