when Biden first got elected i watched a video "showing" Biden as a rampant "racist". in all cases, 15-20 brief clips, it was easy for a thinking person to see how it was taken out of context and proves nothing.
...not that i know if Biden's "racist" or not; but that video was obviously bullshit.
i said this in the comments and of course incurred great rath, like i'm defending racism.

Poynter Institute was created by the St. Petersburg-now Tampa Bay Times. Nelson Poynter was a good guy who cared about accuracy. I still subscribe to the Times.

Wow, talk about disappointing! So you bring on a guy who works FOR the Poynter Institite to promote their super biased take on fact checking. According to his version of the world, the Russian govt puts out disinfo but the US govt does not., and FB is a more reliable source of news than a 'mushroom site'. Definitely the most disappointing episode of Tectonic i have ever heard
