Penned by Jimmy Webb, of course.
Also seems to be popular material to sing:
"A version by Andy Williams appeared on his album Happy Heart, which came out in 1969 a few weeks after Glen Campbell's single. Lynn Anderson covered the song (as "Where's the Playground, Bobby") on her 1969 album, At Home with Lynn. Everything but the Girl covered the song on the B-side of the 1986 single of "Don't Leave Me Behind". Bobbie Gentry also recorded the song (as "Where's the Playground, Johnny") on her 1969 album Touch 'Em with Love. "

As is my habit, I Clicky-Starred this almost right away - groovy crunchy raga rock, tabla beats and droning tambura are almost certainly wonderful for me.

NOW?? I'd like to add a few more Clicky-Stars to this one, for all the great parts of it! I know, such Clicky-Star density from one user would cause a supernova or black hole. But this track is quite beloved.

It may be more appropriate for a stream, but there's a new frontier in FMU programming: trying to produce a "boring" show. Not by playing "deficient" material, but perhaps playing drones or zone-out music, boring in the sense of little change and "losing track of time".

I had mentioned a concept to Joe McG and maybe a few others, that they had passed the "165 hour point" in Archives of their 3 hour shows. So if desired, one could listen ENTIRELY to their shows before the next live show!

Might require more bandwidth and/or tech on FMU's end, but it's possible to generate that now.
