re FOXES: I wish I had seen it theatrically - I was just a tad young. But definitely recall the ads for it on tv. I was also erroneously steered away from The Runaways as a kid … by some snobby critics that I decided to pay homage back In the day when that mattered. - awhile before the very entertaining Runaways ‘bio-pic’ came out, I had realized the error of my ways! (As well as missing-out on Suzi Quatro / the Quatro sisters / Pleasure Seekers etc). Seeing those vintage Runaways videos (either live or tv perfs) are a total kick. Lita Ford (prior to her hair metal faze) was a killer !!! Love It ALL now !

Because of medical suggestion / digestion issues - I’ve had to limit my intake of dairy - especially Cow. Don’t particularly enjoy 🐐 goats milk or yoghurt. But high quality soft goat cheese is stellar! Some are better than others - I’ve found the best brand ever in VT! (Blue Ledge Farm).

It seems as though a heavy/substantial oil is at the base. Coconut, maybe? Then some fermentation flavor added. It comes surprisingly close, but no chalky dairy bitterness.
