In this show, a team of bar experts rescue bars from going out of business. In one episode, one the experts shames a bartender for not knowing how to make a Harvey Wallbanger. That show is a train wreck.

	3:45pm WM: The trash movie/novel that most fascinates me is A Summer Place (1959) starring Sandra Dee and Troy Donahue. It was made just before the outbreak of the Sexual Revolution (just before the introduction of the Birth Control Pill). The conundrum for writers/directors of the time was how to squeeze in as much sex as possible without actually showing or acknowledging people "doing it."

In this show, a team of bar experts rescue bars from going out of business. In one episode, one the experts shames a bartender for not knowing how to make a Harvey Wallbanger. That show is a train wreck.

	3:45pm WM: The trash movie/novel that most fascinates me is A Summer Place (1959) starring Sandra Dee and Troy Donahue. It was made just before the outbreak of the Sexual Revolution (just before the introduction of the Birth Control Pill). The conundrum for writers/directors of the time was how to squeeze in as much sex as possible without actually showing or acknowledging people "doing it."
