Oh good, the only other reality show I watch is Survivor (yes, it's still on) and they just started a diverse casting initiative and had a great season 41 full of awesome people (but screwed it up a bit with too many random twists and gameplay mechanics)... seems like all the CBS/Viacom/Paramount Plus reality shows are following the initiative as of 2021 after a Black Survivor Players Alliance organized and basically petitioned them.
