	🦭 ♥ 10:12pm Wendy del Formaggio: Chresti, it depends what you mean by "better." Fresh mozz has a high moisture content, so once it freezes separation will occur and when it thaws it'll be grainy AF. But, the cryovac tube will prevent freezer burn, because no oxygen. So, that is better.

Years ago a friend and I put our hand on that robot at the same moment in a dumpster behind the Salvation Army Annex in Pasadena. It would move from his house to mine at regular intervals. He moved to San Francisco and started hanging out with those guys. He said " Yeah that was it. I would lend those guys stuff and then they'd loose it." Fortunately he got the robot back.

Years ago a friend and I put our hand on that robot at the same moment in a dumpster behind the Salvation Army Annex in Pasadena. It would move from his house to mine at regular intervals. He moved to San Francisco and started hanging out with those guys. He said " Yeah that was it. I would lend those guys stuff and then they'd loose it." Fortunately he got the robot back.
