Postwar atmospherica. High bop modernism and Afro-Latin sounds, twilight exotica and soundtrack moods, soul stompers and weepers, hypnotic R&B and blues, mystical '60s pop, lonely country, lonelier rock 'n' roll, instrumental weirdness, electronic creaking. Bringing worlds beyond into the worlds at hand.

"The river Jordon is chilly and cold," but the Blue Flame is coooooool, hallelujah.

(maybe not corn bread, but something)
But I don't know
(driven them though)
And may the truck serve many more years
"It's complicated."
Many people have bent and folded themselves into the Xtra cab little back seat, and when they get out it's like going through birth again. i should charge for the experience of renewal.
But ultimately I despise cars.
i'm Thankful i had the opportunity to learn stick on something that was a little difficult and could handle some abuse.
i've never replaced a clutch that wasn't wrecked already when i bought it.
OTOH, I love drag racing.
LA is no less walkable than any other town in the world. Don't be a fucking pussy.
@Franco: somehow you must have run across Anton LaVey in your crazy CA adventures.
checker gave it to us for a few weeks to test drive it. the talk at school was that we got a cadillac; i'm like that doesn't look like a cadillac!
us kids pushed for the checker, with the jump seats and all, but they went with the chevy kingswood wagon.
that turned out to be a lawsuit-sized lemon and almost killed my mother.
Oh well.
...ever since i was little, but i never heard of it actually being done until the world wide web -where EVERYTHING has been done.
I feel like dancing in the fields.
Old Citroens for masochists only. Old Peugots and Renaults good though, indestructible, like old Toyotas.
'Night TDK60.
They look great to my 2020 design eye. My good friend's dad had one when I was growing up.
and the first car i ever was in with electric windows! pretty dazzling!
still they both intrigued me
Tele Novella are friends of mine and they're great
and now...i drive an audi!
...but it's an OLD one, and the visibility's decent.
take care y'all
