"I listened yesterday. It's no reflection on you but I could'nt see where you were going or what you were going for. This early seventies thing did'nt get noticed the first time and you talk about friends of like Dealney and Bonnie who had records out like we're supposed to remember who they are. Then you play this long winded free jazz stuff that really grates on my nerves. And that noise without a beat and sounds like someones being pinched. Then you play a reggae song, I think you called it Dub, to what, be cool? You seem to really fetishize the whole folk thing too which is obnoxious to us who don't even care. I liked it when you played that punk song though. I like Joe Belock a lot." (Visit homepage.)

Listener comments!
When?
Morning, JA, J'All.
Don Felder, it doesn’t surprise me given your general awesomeness.
It’s like everyone is saying, “I’m stuck at home, life sucks but dammit I can’t hide my feels on these tracks/artists!”
Also, I think “Dirty Laundry” was the first track I ever requested a DJ play back when it was hot on WNEW here in NYC. So terrifying to call up a radio station and ask for something and then getting it.
Wait; Hall & Oates isn't cool?
@WoodsofNH: Whoa! Sounds cool. I find the command line to be the great equalizer. chuck.cs.princeton.edu
(unless that was a different PASS show)
issueprojectroom.org...
"Twang"
because Pete Shelley made it. was a little surprised when i brought it home and played it!
Yes
I hear it now.
Aren't we paying for this?
I guess the alternative is to open my window and shout my witty repartee out into the stratosphere (where it will undoubtedly dissolve the ozone layer).
Tell me more..
Hey, Carm, coela, tim!
A golden one from my ill spent youth
Actually, it's sausage, cheese and egg.
And spam, baked beans, tomato and spam.
We are eating less and drinking more these days, ami ad, no doubt about it. I have had 1/3 of a banana so far today.
- i'll eat that! they were going to throw it out.
I often feel like a yokel in the actual regular world that I live in.
Have a good weekend, peeps.
but i did grow other legumes that i don't consume as much of. beautiful plants, beautiful flowers on them.
