I heard Simon & the Bar Sinisters at the Cactus Club in Poughkeepsie years ago. They were L-O-U-D. I wonder if that's the same group as these guys.

Simon of Simon and the Bar Sinisters had a band in NYC years ago called Joey Miserable and the Worms. They weren't as loud, but i think that was the direction that Simon wanted to go in ...

The sound on these early Phillip Walker sides is so mammoth.
