Morning B and all. Recently heard Butterfield set from Woodstock. Entirely different line-up but man, they kicked ass.
  9:25am dan:

I looked up Blackburds on Wikipedia and it brought me to Foreigner's Mick Jones.

Scatter Me!! <3
  10:24am dan:

And what Bob Brainen show would not be complete without another playing Scatter Me
  10:26am GListener MW:

I so love the production on Scatter Me; it’s so clean and crisp and reserved without being overly pushed-up
  10:27am GListener MW:

Thanks, Bob, for turning this into a recent staple in both your & my home!
Avatar 10:27am Tidepoolbay:

I am going to see the Yardbirds tonight at the Newton Theater!
  10:29am dan:

@ Tidepoolbay

I saw The Yardbirds some years ago when it was Jim McCarty and Chris Dreja along with 3 others each of whom were young enough to be their grandkids. Got their autographs after their set, which was great.

"Scatter me"?! I thought he was singing "scat to me" at first! I was like, "Is this a song for Shooby Taylor or something?!?"
Avatar 10:33am Tidepoolbay:

Dan, Nice! Johnny A is playing guitar with them. I am looking forward to it!
  10:36am WilliamfromDumont:

Would've been cool if Elvis somehow wound up at Big Pink with Dylan and the Band in '67.
Avatar 10:41am SmokinJ:

Vocal orgasm!
  10:42am dan:

@ Tidepoolbay

I didn't see Johnny A. The lineup I saw was Dreja, McCarty, Ben King, Andy Mitchell and Dave Smale.
  10:48am dan:

Underrated Slade
