  6:07pm Marie:

Pinch me, am I dreaming? howdy everybody
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:07pm Kat in Chicago:

It's lovely, I can hardly wait to hear what the creepy awful background of it is
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:08pm Kat in Chicago:

quick Google search didn't tell me much
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:08pm maestroso:

From Roger Davidson's website:
"Missa Universalis means “Universal Mass” in the Latin language. The three masses on this recording, for mixed chorus a capella, were written between 1984 and 1992. They are masses because they derive from Catholic liturgy, and are universal because of the message that there is but one God–”Credo in unum Deum.” All references to strictly Christian dogma have been removed, resulting in a mass for all human beings regardless of religious background."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:12pm Michael 98145:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:15pm Michael 98145:

  6:15pm Marie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:15pm Carmichael:

Folk music cult ....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:16pm dale:

this song paints a convincing picture. this dude reminds me of tom chapin.
  6:16pm Tom from Maplewood:

A VERY dangerous "cult". Cult in quotes, only because it has transcended that, and is now a movement that not only has some famous members, but money. And there lies the probable min out US oligarchy. They do not believe in science. Therefore their beliefs bleed into climate change, etc. Flat Earthers? You ain't seen nothin'. With all due respect all you creationists, fuck you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:16pm Carmichael:

or John Hartford.
  6:17pm Marie:

Avatar 6:22pm Number Six:

This needs to be remade by Monty Python.
Avatar 6:22pm Cecile:

Art Pepper was in Synanon for a long time, and I think Stan Getz was for a minute.
  6:24pm Marie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:25pm common:

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:26pm Kat in Chicago:

Avatar 6:26pm Marshall Stacks:

Synanon inside humor.
  6:27pm melinda:

This sounds like a number from a really lame musical.
  6:27pm Adam from Vancouver:

I Imagine this song would be so much better if its songwriter was still on junk.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:28pm dale:

@ melinda -- Fosse was HUGE when i was a kid and in ballet classes -- the older students got to perform to some numbers from "Cabaret," "Pippin," "Chicago," etc.
LOVED his sleek, snake-y, just-shy-of-"sleazy" choreography :)
