  2:04am russiangirl:

Blue Blue frost lay on the wire. Awwww
  2:09am Gleb:

It's little surreal to listen soviet soundtracks on american radio in russia. Not enough only soviet covers on Beatles, etc. - sometimes it was unique pieces of cargo cult.
  2:28am Gleb:

Oh yeaaaahhhhhh! Tnhx, DJ Spinach!
  2:29am russiangirl:

And we are into rock'n'roll era, Vesyolye Rebyata ( Happy Dudes)
  2:37am russiangirl:

  2:43am Jan-Willem:

oh yes! Vladimir Vysotsky! He is great! (excuse if I misspelled his name)
  2:49am late_night_owl:

it was Kikabidze , not Vysotsky. A song from the movie " Mimino"
  2:51am russiangirl:

Interesting selection:) Not "Trava u doma"
  2:54am russiangirl:

Wow, this is also an interesting choice of a song for Valerij Leontyev
  2:57am Gleb:

Official soviet music is much logocentric, pentatonic and emotionally "heavy". Most pretty things are only in 60's. (sorry for not perfect english)
  2:57am russiangirl:

Thanks Spinach and WFMU. It was a great time machine trip into my childhood !!
  2:59am Gleb:

Thnx, Spinach!
  11:32am Spinach:
