Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:16pm milkis:

I'm interested knowing more about the Chinese band. Can you paste the characters when you have a chance?
  10:18pm jeff-m:

yellow squash and zucchini, onions, and a bulb of garlic cooked at 400 for 45 mins. olive oil and salt and pepper.

Faye, you may need to fiddle with your browser's default character set. Usually the Arial font is compatible with a wide range of unicode characters.
  10:22pm JakeGould:

The station computers are not unicode friendly? That’s racists.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:26pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Hi, Faye and hi, children big and small. Lovely show tonight.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:31pm coelacanth:

if i were a rich man, i'd add some pignolia nuts to that squash... but walnuts would be good!
  10:32pm JakeGould:

You mean, pine nuts Mr. Fancy-pants.
  10:34pm Dee Dee:

Great show, Faye! Umm…what is that music behind the ID? Does anyone know? Sounds so familiar.
Avatar 10:35pm βrian:

Well, you can count on Coelacanth to be Old School — if not prehistoric.
But, yes, add 'em if you got 'em!
  10:38pm Marc:

Faye, you were just a wee tot when Mr. Fine Wine started his show.
Avatar 10:40pm Faye:

Haha Dee Dee! If you can guess what that music was...I'll have to give you a prize of some kind. It's kind of a secret but I've been waiting for someone to recognize it....
  10:41pm JakeGould:

Darn you Faye! What’s the bed music, please.
Avatar 10:42pm Faye:

Avatar 10:46pm listener mark:

You've won again Faye!
Avatar 10:47pm Faye:

I'll give you a clue- it's from a soundtrack
  10:47pm Dee Dee:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:00pm Uncle Michael:

I'm really enjoying the show tonight, btw. I haven't listened on Saturday nights nearly enough.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:02pm Uncle Michael:

Topeka tonight, Brian. Salina, last night. We went to see Galactic. I wonder if any FMU folks caught any of their four shows at the Brooklyn Bowl at the end of July.
Avatar 11:05pm listener mark:

  11:25pm JakeGould:

@ListenerMark Yes to Upstate!
  11:26pm Dee Dee:

Trying to guess the ID music is like the Blindfold Test in Downbeat.
Avatar 11:29pm βrian:

Ah, back in the day, I would bike through Elizabethtown, Saranac Lake. etc. Never got downstate to Albany, but I've heard good reports.
  11:33pm Dee Dee:

It sounds like something from the 70s Japanese fantasy horror film House.
Pleeeeeease another teeny clue!
  11:34pm angela!:

Trouble is my favorite too! Now I know why I love u 2! Thank u 4 ur gr8 show 2 Faye. A woman can't live by trouble alone. X0
  11:35pm JakeGould:

Maybe anime from the 1990s?
  11:38pm Dee Dee:

Hmm…now it's sounding more 80s-ish to me. The synth sound and production.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:39pm coelacanth:

Faye i'm going & may not be back before mn so,Thank you! Great show.
I absolutely don't care about your cheesy bed music!
  11:40pm Dee Dee:

Don't be lactose intolerant!
  11:41pm JakeGould:

This is a good test of my ability to control my OCD desire to just know things.
Avatar 11:42pm listener mark:

Thank you Faye. "Good night, Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:42pm coelacanth:

Dee Dee -Funny!
  11:53pm P-90:

@ Faye: Really interested to hear what you said about DJ Trouble, because I always felt there was a kinship between her show and yours, like "sister" shows somehow...
  11:54pm Dee Dee:

Great show! Thanks, Faye!
The ID music will remain a mystery…for now! G'night!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:55pm Greg from Bloomfield:

Appropriate gif. I was applauding every song. Starting with Nat, then an Elvis cover, and then an overwhelming variety from there to what seemed everywhere. Whew.
