I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

Hello, Bryce. An order of notes, please. A tasting menu, I see, is the special. And some liquor, fiery, dense, with the afterburn of a noise adventure gone sideways. There's a big tip in it, natch.

Avatar 1:37pm

You can tell its metal from the umlauts. Dead giveaway.
Avatar Bryce's Tooth Marathon 2024 1:39pm
Sem Chumbo:

@Carmichael: ah, so this is YOUR Wikipedia entry "A metal umlaut is a diaeresis that is sometimes used gratuitously or decoratively over letters in the names of hard rock or heavy metal bands—for example those of Queensrÿche, Blue Öyster Cult, Motörhead,"
Avatar 1:43pm
Bryce:

hi, allyizalll
Avatar 1:46pm

There you go, Sem. And if you put umlauts over your name, you BECOME a metal rocker. A known fact.

ngh, the Murung are hill people that live in the tropical forest hills of.....bangladesh! not bengladeshi, though — they just wound up on that side of the border. more on the tibeto-burmese tip.

@hark: pretty sure it's me, but i can't tell. There is a glowing rhombus where i am. I know that much.
Avatar 2:46pm
Bryce:

ah! thanks, fascinoma! :)

the other 2 pieces on the cd are mind-blowing. they have a large ensemble of "mouth-organs" of different registers, and (if i remember) just one piece for it, which is a single melodic phrase, repeated in unison, trance-like, alternating with long sections of drone on the lowest and highest instruments, while everyone else does ascending and descending melodic runs in NON-unison, for an incredible liquid texture.
