Well, Michael, you have me and my dog sitting by the computer with a bowl of cereal and a cup of tea. How's that for an audience?
Avatar 11:16am Michael Shelley:

I'll take it!
  11:17am RCinMT:

What kind of cereal does the dog like?

I'll bet this Pilot track makes ELO fans happy.
11:24am David in ATL from NJ:

Small Faces/Faces/Ian McLagen = BRILLIANT!
  11:33am Mr. Arkadin:

What record is this from? Modern Lovers '88?
Avatar 11:34am Michael Shelley:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:37am Mike East:

my wife just called me from the car to tell me that Jonathan Richman was on the radio and it made her very happy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:41am pacific standard simon:

It's true -- these days I play more mid-60s Faces than any other band of the period. Know very little about Ian McLagan's post-Faces work, though -- hoping to learn more.
  11:52am scott:

When asked to contribute a keyboard part to a song, do you have a process that you have developed, or it more spontaneous and intuitive, and how might it change when crafting your own compositions versus the compositions of others?
Avatar 11:54am glenn:

oh. i was wondering who the godson bros. were.
  11:58am uke goldberg:

Sitting on my balcony listening to the show on my android speakerphone. Sounds like a 60s transistor radio. Perfect. Slight buzz on.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:02pm Ken From Hyde Park:

I must add the Barnaby Jones song to my collection. It'll join Mannix & Hawaii 5-0. Someday, I'll find the song from Cannon, too.
Avatar 12:03pm northguineahills:

Thanks for the last hour of hits, Michael!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:07pm Dominick:

This is great!

Avatar 12:16pm Sonny Rickles:

Great stuff, Mike! Thanks for the Beach Boys box set previews! And all the Small Faces! Where's Ian?
  12:18pm PJ:

Question for Ian: The Faces reunited without Rod Stewart a few years ago - how did that go? Frankly, I think someone like Paul Westerberg would be a better fit for the band than the Simply Red guy.

apparently this photo

Avatar 12:27pm Michael Shelley:

no way - can not be real
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:32pm Gaylord Fields:

It isn't real, and it isn't from Bachmann's FB page. It's from a page called "Christians for Michele Bachmann," which is clearly a parody site. Poe's Law in action!
  12:33pm uke goldberg:

nothing is real.

Ah, if only it were so easy to make teh gays!
