Google is failing me, but does anyone know the name of a 70's hard rock band that performed a song called "Totos". Its something like Bodo Band, or Bondo band, but Google is not helping.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:01am
Minnesota Jeff:

Most of the song was the signer yelling "TOTOS! TOTOS! TOTOS!" over and over.

Did they give out the Buffalo? Hrmm, I must have missed that.
Avatar 1:25am
Sue P.:

@InBrkly - a very good question! I think it has to do with what colors I programmed.

Holly in NC:

Hi Sue P & everyone! Minnesota Jeff's query is driving me insane - so feel I should know, but don't. Any other clues, MJ?

Sorry! Yes, we did give away the Buffalo. Eric in Seattle, WA won that baby!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:30am

Holly: The band name could have been something like Bodo Bill & Les -something spanish- I know I saw the video a week or so ago on Youtube and it was from 1972. I think they were Californian.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:30am
JoshuaK:

Music is a cool thing
Avatar 1:31am
InBrkly:

if it was spanish maybe you heard Todos
Avatar 1:31am
InBrkly:

I can't think of any Spanish hard rock bands from back then. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Los Crudos :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:33am
Minnesota Jeff:

The song title for sure is "Totos" - I don't believe the lyrics were all in Spanish though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:36am
Minnesota Jeff:

Figured it out! The song was actually "Tonto's" and its by Billy Bond
Avatar 1:37am
InBrkly:

Boner records!
Avatar 1:38am
InBrkly:

Boner pretty much owned the back page of MRR and Melvins were featured there for a long time (I think).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:41am
Minnesota Jeff:

"Billy Bond y La Pesada del Rock and Roll" is the full name of the band. Argentine hard rock with an Italian lead singer.
