Good red wine and good black soul, and home made beef stew on the stove -- hell, what snow?
  8:19pm DP:

Amen. Ice cold martini in hand, spicy pork noodles waiting on the radiator, and hot soul on the radio. Thanks, FW!
Avatar 8:20pm Mr. Fine Wine:

Make sure the martini doesn't make you confuse the radio and the radiator, DP!

Just went out with the S.O. for a walk and smoke in the snow and a few phonepics. There hasn't been any snow to mention in NYC this year -- for all anyone knows this could be it...

Wow. Lionel Hampton soul! And yet, why not?
Avatar 8:39pm Sonny Rickles:

would like to here more instrumentals in the sets rather than just behind the dj.
That Hampton tune was nice!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:40pm G:

speaking of known and unknown soul, those outside NYC metro may not have seen this Times article today:

A freaking huge Hi All from Me and the rest of Iceland . . .
Avatar 8:43pm Mr. Fine Wine:

Instrumental coming right up!
Avatar 8:44pm Sonny Rickles:

you the man!
Avatar 8:45pm Green Mountain Man Mark:

good stuff!! glad that the records did not crack in the cold temps on the way to the studio. I think if you brought a record outside where I am in teens below zero the record would jump out of its jacket, spin around by itself then crack in half. That is before taking the time to fly up to an icicle and use it as a needle to play itself.
  8:51pm BB:

THE most hand-clappingest record ever! Ouch!!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:57pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Super show tonight!
