T Bag!
  10:12am fishmonkeystew:

You know, that Global Domination Bag probably works really well as a record bag, if you're trying to avoid the T word.

And add me as another listener who first heard Big Blood on WFMU.

You guys rock. This is the only fundraiser that I anticipate with joy.

@Doctor B. and others! If the 800 pledge # doesn't work for you, use this one! 201-413-9368
  11:08am Geert:

So funny, you even succeeded to pronounce my name correctly. Working for an American company, I can tell you this hardly happens. Great job, guys, keep that groove going on!
  11:09am Robert:

Typically it'd be sodium laurYL sulfate (Gardol) that'd be used in toothpastes. Shampoos typically contain either that or sodium laurETH sulfate (sodium lauryl ether sulfate), sometimes both. The ether sulfate (the "-eth" version, the ethoxylated one) is milder and more soluble.
  11:18am Ike:

I enjoy listening to the marathon so much that I drove to work today instead of taking the train so I that could listen the whole way. I have never driven to work before and I will probably never do it again.
  11:19am mark:

"You've got to dig it to 'dig' it, you dig? So pledge, all reet!"-- Thelonius Monk quoted about WFMU marathon

@ike's car. no car - i leave the driving to liz!
Avatar 11:45am bw:

15 minutes of LIZsanity left - don't miss out
  11:48am Robert:

In toothpaste the major alternative to sodium lauryl sulfate is sodium lauryl sarcosinate. I think that might've been Gl-7. It's milder and more expensive than sodium lauryl sulfate.
  11:49am derp:

what's the bedmusic behind the DJ speaking on this show?
  11:49am derp:

previous mic-break I mean
  11:50am Mark in VT:

When it comes to the WFMU marathon you can never have too much information out there about it.
  11:56am Mary Wing:

Oh my god, the woo-moo dog is wagging its tail when the goal is reached! TOO COOL! Go Liz and Benjamen!
  11:57am Ike's Car:

the mu cow doesn't do anything.
  11:58am Mary Wing:

I guess something extra special has to happen to get the cow's tail waggin'?
  12:00pm Ike:

@ICR@11:36, forget it! Tomorrow's not a holiday -- the traffic will be terrible! *I'm* the one who has to steer and dodge Manhattan's pedestrians. I'll listen to the marathon on my new Walkman instead while *being* one of the insane, death-defying pedestrians.
