  12:38pm David Shortell:

The Dex Rom Duo drew a crowd of about ten when they played the Brighton last November. That may be the last time the owner seeks my advice for booking.

Beautiful day outside, yet I am back at my desk [sigh]. That said, Joe B is on, so how bad can it be?

  12:42pm Parq:

Dr. Ike in the OR: "Just relax, I'll be back to start the IV drip for the anaesthetic as soon as I flip this Clarence 'Frogman' Henry 45 over to the B side."

  12:48pm Wild Neil:

Took a half-sememster class "intro to music" in 7th Grade at North Warren Regional HS in Blairstown NJ...first day of class, Mr Demaio blows my mind by playing "Bits and Pieces" by the Dave Clark Five...changed my life with regards to music at that point!
  12:51pm joe:

Got to see Dex open for Man or Astro Man last year great set.
  12:57pm Cecile:

Deke Dickerson is making two New Jersey appearances today.

They're both free.
  1:08pm Parq:

The idea of seeing Deke Dickerson at a library in the shadow of Old Barney makes me wish I had a car I could jump into and head down there.
  1:09pm Cecile:

I know, Joe! He's a lifer.

No, baby on fire, but that's a great idea!
  1:10pm Cecile:

I kept trying to get peple to play at our neigborhood library cause it had a great tiny auditorium. Nobody did, so the library got rid of it when they remodeled.
