ah, blessed gabbah...
  7:32pm thecrookedclef:

i'm officially six feet under on this one
  7:32pm aardvark:

"OMG" is correct. This guy's taste in music is terrible. No, no, no!
  7:36pm BSI:

no seriously, brutalism fits. As a graphic designer (print publications) spending lots of long hours on deadline (like, uh, now), brutal beats helps the concentration. Non-melodic hardstyle, for instance. Strangely it helps the design process...
  7:43pm ryan:

digging all of this so far!
  7:44pm josh.:

actually, tesla has a system in their electric cars that lets you choose what sound you want ti to make (sports car, rocket ship, etc.)

Regarding those new NYC police sirens:

  7:52pm aardvark:

Bad 90s techno and drum & bass were semi-useful when I was in college 14 years ago.
  7:53pm Liza:

in BLDGBLOG Book, there is a section on the Antartica Icebergs in which the image implies the sounds. But the sounds I hear on the live stream implies form through movement.
  7:57pm BSI:

we have the wacky bass-resonant police sirens in DC as well; it's fairly awesome, actually. Makes me want to commit drastic crimes so I can hear it.......
  7:58pm ryan:

and then q-bert whips out that battery powered van
  8:03pm akm:

wow, that was a timely tune-in. that bodycode track has been one of my favorites this year.
  3:06pm north guinea hills:

As a reader of Geoff's blog, and as a dj and a cartographer, I'm very happy listening to the archive right now : )
