Listener comments!

Sean Daily:

First comment! Woo hoo!

music that makes even my central nervous system happy...

"..it's not late Sunday night.. It is not late Sunday night. Early Monday afternoon, not the wee hours of Monday morning.."

This particular change in Sunday-Monday schedule is a bit of a shock in time.
Demetrius Ypsilantis:

Never enough ESG.
dave in vermont:

i'm not supposed to be dacing at work-but please don't let it stop
Sean Daily:

Why do jazz saxophonists nowadays sound like elephants being devoured by lions?

Hey, listening to this strange lady just down the street from where she claims to be listening to the 'clicking barnacles' in Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC. Wierd. Her voice sounds strangely familiar, who is she?

Sean... well, that was Peter Brotzmann, recorded in 1968.

Hi James, the voice/field recordings pieceis Hildegard Westerkamp.

Hey, that was the Weatherman from Negativland! I love the Weatherman! When I was about 13, Negativland's "Over the Edge" tapes introduced me to the concept of bizarre out-there radio. I've never gone back.
north guinea hills:

son of a tarnation, i go out for lunch and muss hildegard westerkamp. never heard her on wfmu.
Sean Daily:

"Remember, girls, Daddy knows best and if you think for yourselves you'll wind up killing yourselves."
