For sleep you could try Cannabis! As opposed to RX version of Nyquill or the like.
Cannabis is an ancient medicine. safe, wholesome, non-Habbit forming, non-toxic and a small edible 2.5mg or 5mg right before bed will 100% help sleep longer ! All the best

The oldest is 47 (from my first marriage), the youngest is 30 (second marriage).
Never heard from any of them once my wives & I split up.
Of course, I hope they are doing well with whatever lessons I tried to impress upon them.
Two of my ex's (a wife & a long time girlfriend) are deceased.
The other one I'm reminded of when the debt collectors are looking for her & think that I'm somehow responsible for her excesses after leaving me.
Fat chance

I had a tumor on my leg a few years back.
I went to a dermatologist to have it evaluated/removed.
Amy P., the doc seeing me had a very unique last name on her name tag...same last name as the guy who owns a local butcher shop here in my town.
I asked her if she was related to Kenny P. as she sliced off the growth & she said yes. Kenny P. is her cousin.
When I saw Kenny P. a few weeks later I mentioned her to him. He said yes they are cousins.
I laughed & said, I probably could've had you do the job on my leg cheaper. He cracked up while showing me a big knife :)
