Eric: thanks for asking. It’s definitely up in the air. I have a contractor coming here Saturday morning to take a look at the walls(possibly mold has gotten in-between layers) and the hot water heater. And I’ll be applying multiple layers of Kilz primer to get rid of the stains & mildew.
