@12:02 @listener phillip (in the bronx): Sorry to hear you are ill. I'm curious, how was your omicron diagnosed?

I had covid in late Sept but they only did the quick test and said that with my symptoms that it was definitely covid, no need for PCR or other test and sent me on my way. It was rough for 10 days and then nearly 2 weeks to recover.

Around Christmas I got sick again but the lines for testing were too long (tried 3 times) so I gave up. This time it was much much milder than before but throat and upper chest burning seemed the same. It lasted about 5 days and another couple to recover. So I am guessing this time was either omicron or bad cold since got no test to confirm.

In recent months, I've gotten the warning message "Your connection may not be private,...unsafe...etc." for not all but many sites. Sometimes I can choose to proceed to a site, sometimes can't get access, even for Wikipedia! I bring it up cuz for the first time ever I just got the message in the little window at both steps in process when I went to submit these comments.
I know it's about validating certificates and such, but...what the hell. Gotta reload Chrome maybe, on this very old Macbook?
