Fresno County Harassment sounds like the MDC [Millions of Dead Cops]1990 scene
MDC was constantly hassled and F-ed with ... even in Europe .. The cops would actually watch the tours and call their cohorts in the future cities... I was not fond of their MDC moniker but .. They later turned MDC into Multi Death Corporations .. met them in A'dam in 1990 and travelled in their mobile to a gig in South A'dam .. one of them gave my wee son ears plugs for the gig .... they were super normal folk ...
