Binged the whole thing. I love his artwork and the titles of his pieces are great. Felt inspired and had a hard time falling asleep after. Couldn’t turn my mind off.

Especially his story about his dad NOT freakin out when his brother hung up the phone on the important business call dad was waiting for. Agreed, great parenting! Much of my virtual teaching is similar to that format. I draw and paint and tell stories.

I have a spiffy Baratza grinder, a gooseneck kettle and a Hario V60. I buy beans from a roaster in town and have learned the difference between "sour"and "bitter". I was at first intrigued, then obsessed. I fell into despair, but had an epiphany and advanced towards enlightenment. It's become a zen like ritual for me in the AM. . 	8:30am Lixiviated Life: @ Krys O Moka tip: Boil water in a kettle then add the hot water to the bottom of the moka pot. Now insert the coffee basket into the lower section and put the top on. Place this now on the heat. As soon as the coffee is done (gurgling sound) immediately remove from heat. Serve the coffee and let it cool a bit in the cup. Do NOT let the coffee sit in the Moka pot. Also wash the pot (no matters of what your old Italian relative may tell you, it need to be cleaned).

	8:50am Michael in Montclair: The Delaware Bay shore is an area is on my list of places to explore and visit. Sea Breeze is one such 'ghost town' I'd like to see. I heard it was once a major resort destination back in the late 1800s and once had two hotels. Fort Mott State Park is another destination I would like to visit.

Especially his story about his dad NOT freakin out when his brother hung up the phone on the important business call dad was waiting for. Agreed, great parenting! Much of my virtual teaching is similar to that format. I draw and paint and tell stories.

I have a spiffy Baratza grinder, a gooseneck kettle and a Hario V60. I buy beans from a roaster in town and have learned the difference between "sour"and "bitter". I was at first intrigued, then obsessed. I fell into despair, but had an epiphany and advanced towards enlightenment. It's become a zen like ritual for me in the AM. . 	8:30am Lixiviated Life: @ Krys O Moka tip: Boil water in a kettle then add the hot water to the bottom of the moka pot. Now insert the coffee basket into the lower section and put the top on. Place this now on the heat. As soon as the coffee is done (gurgling sound) immediately remove from heat. Serve the coffee and let it cool a bit in the cup. Do NOT let the coffee sit in the Moka pot. Also wash the pot (no matters of what your old Italian relative may tell you, it need to be cleaned).

	8:50am Michael in Montclair: The Delaware Bay shore is an area is on my list of places to explore and visit. Sea Breeze is one such 'ghost town' I'd like to see. I heard it was once a major resort destination back in the late 1800s and once had two hotels. Fort Mott State Park is another destination I would like to visit.
