The Music Biz flipped & became Top Down : completely Corporate. In Ancient Days people would have enuff to make a few records - might get onto local radio - might go national from there. Particularly in Broadcasting: Deregulation made it there really are no more 'Local Stations'. (This is shorthand obviously.)
Must be understood how casually radical WFMU is here ! Which we all know instinctively...
