Okay, here is my cooking tip for the day: Always use a comal for heating tortillas instead of just throwing them on the burner. Why? Well, it seems to change the very molecular structure of the tortilla and imparts a deep toasted flavor to even the most pathetic pinche pocho tortilla. Es verdad?
