My waking up in the middle of the night was much worse before covid and I had to work 9-5 five days a week. Was especially worse on weeks where I had to go to KBOO to do my show - I would be somewhat obsessive about getting the 'right' amount of sleep so I wouldn't just have this catastrophic energy crash in the middle of my show, or nearly fall asleep driving home. Don't miss that.
