	11:01pm coelacanth∅: 'thing is it's subjective... relative to what quantities you use of it. for some people i guess arugula is an herb. in my case parsley is a green. i eat probably 4-6X more parsley by weight than romaine lettuce, even though i eat salads 2-3X/week. shiso i'll have to call an herb, in my case -as i only eat it when i go out for sushi.

	11:05pm Sonderangebot: It can be subjective indeed, in persian cuisine there is such a thing called 'kookoo sabzi', which is just a ton of 'herbs' with some eggs, but there is just so much of it that it's a big jarring for me, at that point it becomes greens.

(not as bad as cilantro though, which likes a bit of shade even) but once you have it it reseeds and as Danny said it even acts like a weed. (although not badly invasive, and if you pull them before they go to seed that's the end of 'em)
